(We ask that you ensure that our shop closes on time and plan enough time for a visit.)

Important notice for our league customers

First of a all we would like to thank you for the years of loyalty and the wonderful cooperation. We hope to continue to have many great years together and mutual support.

As well known, the cost of energy supply has risen significantly. We are also affected by this! Furthermore, the prices for packaging material have tripled, fees for payment service providers (e.g. Paypal) have risen, fees for shipping service providers (DHL, UPS) have risen and long-standing suppliers are canceling discounts and/or increasing our wholesale prices. As a result, we lack more and more financial leeway, which is the basic requirement for being able to grant league discounts at all.

But since we want to support the sport and you as usual, we have found a way to continue to grant you 50% of the agreed league discount!

The voucher codes remain the same, only the discount has changed. So you don't have to do anything except redeem the code as usual with your next purchase :)

Exchange & Refund information

If you have ordered a product that doesn't fit or that you don't like, you can send it back for exchange or refund within 14 days after you have received it!

IMPORTANT: The products have to be unused! Used products will not be changed!

The easiest way is to print and fill out the exchange form which you can download here:

(AMAZON customers: Please process the exchange through your AMAZON account!)

If you don’t have a printer you can also put in a little letter or a copy of the invoice and write down what product you want to exchange or if you wish to get your money back.

If you want to have your money back we will refund the money through the original payment option (credit card and paypal). If you have paid by cash on delivery or bank transfer please give us your International Bank Account Number and the Bank Identity Code (IBAN and BIC) on the exchange document!

You have to pay for the shipping costs by yourself when you send us back your package. Please use your national postal service to send back the goods - in most countries this is the cheapest and most comfortable option. Always send the return as package and not as registered letter mail/letter!

If you want to exchange some items we will send you the new shipment for free (without shipping costs). Of course you can also add some items to your exchange. (This is very advantageously because you do not have to pay the shipping costs for the exchange order!!!)

IMPORTANT: From non-EEC countries you have to declare the package as "returning goods" in the shipping documents. The original invoice must be included in the shipping documents and attached on the outside of the package. Otherwise the package might be held in customs what can cause a delay and additional costs.
